Provenance: The makers have kindly confirmed that the gun was ordered on the 3rd October 1988 as a 'NORTHWOOD DELUXE', two triggers, 28in. barrels, 2 3/4, game rib, 1/4 and 1/2 boring, weight 'as light as pos.'
The gun cost £3750 (plus VAT) and a further £560 (plus VAT) for the 'oxblood case + tools + canvas cov.'
